Nurturing Brilliance Cummins Scholarship Program

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who are currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Engineering, from a recognized institute by the University Grants
Commission/State Government/Central Government are eligible for applications. The students must meet the eligibility criteria to
apply for the Nurturing Brilliance, Cummins Scholarship Program. The eligibility criteria are discussed below:
• The age limit for the candidates is 25 years or below.
• The scholarship can be only awarded to students who are studying in and around Ahmednagar, Indore (Pitampura&Dewas), Jamshedpur, Phaltan & Pune, only.
• Candidates must have 60% marks in their higher secondary or secondary examinations and are further pursuing Engineering Degree/Diploma from a recognized university/institution.
• Students who are giving the exam for the last year of their Engineering Degree/Diploma and postgraduate students are not eligible for the application.
• The preference will be given to first or second-year students of degree/diploma.
• Students in the first, second and third years of Engineering (Degree) are eligible for application.
• Students in the first or second year of their Degree/Diploma can also apply for the scholarship. Candidates must have secured at least 60% in all their previous examinations.
• The students’ family income must not exceed more than INR 3,000,00/- per annum.
• The scholarship is not available to students whose family member has already availed of the scholarship.

Documents:

The list of documents required to fill out the application is mentioned below:
• Scanned passport size photograph
• Scanned signature
• Aadhaar Card
• 10TH/12TH/Graduation/any other certificate (if applicable)
• Income certificate
• Caste Certificate
• First page of passbook of the bank account.

Steps:

  1. Step 1. First students need to register. They will receive login id credentials.
  2. Step 2. Enter the details and log in.
  3. Step 3. The application will open on the screen.
  4. Step 4. Fill in all the details like basic information, educational qualification, family background etc.
  5. Step 5. Save all the details till you reach the last page of the application.
  6. Step 6. Submit the application and enter the OTP you have received.
  7. Step 7. Take out printed copies of the application for reference.
